About
As a busy mother of three children, I am well aware of just how busy life can get. In attempting to balance family, work, and children’s school and extracurricular activities, we sometimes neglect doing really important things, like making sure that our families are protected in the event of our incapacity or death.
Most parents and friends that I know have not prepared any estate planning documents. This is usually due to: not wanting to think about eventual death or illness; lacking the time and energy to get it done; and/or fearing that an attorney’s services will cost too much. Those with young children often assume that they don’t have a big enough estate or that their families will take care of everything should the need arise. As both a mother and an attorney, I understand the unique legal needs of families. I am aware of the time and financial constraints that most families face. Instead of having to schedule an appointment during regular business hours, the Web-based nature of my practice allows me to communicate with my clients any time it is convenient for them. I am also able to provide quality legal services at reasonable rates since I don't have any costly office space overhead. Qualifications
